GAME IS FREEZING ALL THE TIME

I’m having issues with my game freezing while exiting or entering anything. The last example was a squad battle game finishing but froze as the fans were walking out which led to my game freezing for 10+ minutes. I closed app and got the lost for that game because my game wasn’t loading all the way through. How do I get this issue resolved? I’ve been dealing with this since yesterday
