Game not launching on ps4

Bought the game (FC 26 ultimate edition) yesterday evening on ps4 via PlayStation store.

The game is fully downloaded/installed. No issue with storage, have plenty spare GBs, updated the system software to 13.0. Uninstalled and installed the game again. Internet is perfect. Restarted the PlayStation etc. Game opens but doesn’t launch shown in the image below on the fc 26 menu and just stuck on loading.

Please can someone advice what to do or if I can get a full refund?

Has the money come out of your account saying you purchased the game? I had an issue where I downloaded the game said I pre-ordered it and it was on my Home Screen, but when the ultimate edition release was available to play, I couldn’t because supposedly I “hadn’t bought it”.
