Game not working as it says its the trial when it isnt

I bought the FC26 free trial a couple weeks back and did the 10 hours. Bought the game proper on Friday but haven't been able to play it. Even though its the full game, it still says trial on the main menu and therefore won't let me play because it thinks I'm on the trial and have used up my hours. Redownloaded the game 3 times, nothings worked. Does anyone know how to fix this
