Game takes forever to load in every page

it started in few days ago where i wait 2-3 minutes to go in to store or change my team in UT.  Did some  research and  it happened to some people last year but i couldnt find a fix. It looks like a ISP issue cause i opened a hotspot and it was ok. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

    Summary of Issue: Taking forever to load in the Menu
    Potential Repro Steps: reinstalling, clearing cache, rebooting wifi, PS5 factory restart
