Gameplay bug

Hello, I have a bug in my EA FC account.

I am playing Division Rivals (Division 8) and winning matches, but I get 0 Champions Qualification Points.

My Champions Points stay stuck at 0/1000 and do not increase no matter how many matches I win.

I have not started Play-Offs or Finals before.

Can you please refresh or reset my Champions Qualification Progression?
