Getting kicked out after winning the match and final whistle.

Im having a problem.  The last two games in champions. I Win, the whistle blows. It gets disconnected and when I log back in, it gets registered as a loss.

Has there been any resolution to this? Its really annoying... grinding and then having this happen.
