Goalkeeper Evolution

The goalkeeper I evolved in Ultimate team is unusable in gameplay, despite having 91 reflexes and a high overall rating, because his Reactions stat is stuck at 58. Reactions is a hidden stat under Dribbling(which only appears in the game of rivals or squad battles or any game mode if you pause the game and go to the goalkeeper all his unimportant stats appear as shown in the image but the only important one for goalkeeprs is reactions) and for goalkeepers it directly affects how fast they respond to shots, rebounds, and close-range chances. As a result, the goalkeeper reacts late and performs far below his rating in every single match.

I sold my previous goalkeeper and spent coins to buy this one because he was extinct on the market, then used an officially released evolution on him. After evolving him, I was left with a broken card that I cannot undo, cannot fix, and cannot use competitively.

At this point, I am requesting that this issue be fixed immediately or that proper compensation be granted for an evolution that does not work as intended.

This issue has ruined my weekend league and I've gotten bad records because of it. I need compensation please.
