Re: Missing pre order rewards

I have not yet received the pre-order icon content that was advertised on the Microsoft store page when I pre-ordered FC 26.

I raised this with support & opened a ticket, and they instructed me to come to this forum for resolution. 

I also never received the FC25 icon, but I am not that bothered about FC25 content at this point. .

I have received some of the FC points however.
