Haven’t received icon pack yet for my fc26

I pre-ordered my game like two weeks ago, bought the ultimate edition. I received the Fifa points but did not receive any icon pack or anything like that. I thought I would receive it once I log in on the 26th but still haven’t received it. Someone help please
