First of all, I just want to say that I don't envy your job. I know you probably deal with thousands of reports, complaints, and technical issues every day, and that can't be easy.

Despite my frustration, I genuinely enjoy playing EA SPORTS FC. Thank you for all the work you put into the game and for the new content and player cards. I know a lot of effort goes into keeping everything running.

The only problems I'm struggling with are the constant server lag and the fact that my Transfer Market is still locked. If you ever have a little time, I would really appreciate it if someone could manually review my account.

I'm not asking for special treatment or an instant solution. I would simply like to know whether I still need to meet any requirements or if there is another reason why my Transfer Market remains locked. If there is something I should do, please let me know.
