Help fc 26

Hi there just bought a disk copy of fc 26 and can’t get it to work comes up with trail and screen goes blue and locked when I try to load the game

I have a few questions about your issue if that's ok:

What platform do you play on?
Could you share a screenshot or and image of what you're seeing exactly?
When is this happening exactly? (Before you pick your personal settings, after you pick your personal settings, when you load into a game mode, etc.)?
