High GPU usage at 99%

When i open the game it is good for a minute then my GPU usage rises to 99% and it becomes capped at low fps. There is no fix to this issue on other platforms what can i do???? Does anyone have a fix...

same problem bro. Nov 27 they still haven't fixed it, they just don't care
