High latency, difficult to play properly Rivals games

Hi,

It's me again. We buy this EA fc 26 game to enjoy online gaming. I live in montreal/Canada, great internet connection according to your checking tool. 

This morning, most of my games were tough to play, i lost some just because of latency and incapacity to properly play/defend.

Please, fix it or may be you could consider refund money to some of us. I play on luna cloud gaming and other games are fine. EA sports fc 25 onlie gaming was fine, i don't understand what is going on.
