High ping issue

So since the first week of pre-order i started to get high ping when I was getting at most full bars -30ms.  Finally through to someone in the support chat and explained the issue.  They said they where a gamer and experience the same.  Give me trouble shooting help which I have already used.  They basically said try not to play during high traffic times.  That's not a solution.  I've played late at night or early in the day and it's still an issue.  I'm being connected to a different server than I have in previous titles.  They have reported the issue to there team.  That's all I got.  Paid £90 for a game that I've been told not to play during peak times in 2025 🙈 shocking.  Last few nights the best connection I got was 50ms and it was spiking like crazy.  The rest was 80 plus with two bars.  

If anyone has any advice to help would be much appreciated.
