How to reopen closed case for game penalty
I mistakenly closed an open case and Ea help wont let me resume a new case with reference to the closed case. I keep seeing this picture: does anyone know how to resolve this.

Thank you it was for a game penalty.
but I posted below - game advisor has responded to penalty appeal and upheld it.
I feel very wronged by this and posted my thoughts below hoping to TOS team look again at my case.
