I am unable to create a support ticket

i am experiencing disconects on FC 26 Draft mode, but when i try to use the content tool it wont work. i have also tried to create a ticket but when i do, i dont get a confirmation email, and its not showing up under my tickets, on the support website.

i am signed in under the same email i use for my ea account. i have tried on different browsers, and i have tried on a different email. it wont work. thank you for your time.
