I bought eafc 26 toty edition but they stole my 5000xp case 236531163

I bought it and i claimed the 5000xp for the new season... It appeared but when i went to pick the rewards, everythin dissapeared and i got at level zero. Eahelp opened case num. 236531163.

Please fix it.
