I can’t download and update FC 26

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with EA Sports FC 26 on PS5.

There is a problem with the Ultimate Team update. The update keeps getting stuck at the very last moment (around 99%) and does not complete. Sometimes I also receive error code 0000000000.

I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps:

- Restarted my PS5 several times

- Performed a full power cycle (unplugged the console)

- Used a stable fiber internet connection

- Tried logging in with different PSN accounts

- Changed DNS settings

- Deleted saved data

- Rebuilt the database (Safe Mode)

- Deleted the game and reinstalled it بالكامل

Despite all of this, the issue is still happening and the update will not complete.

This problem has been ongoing for about a week.

Please assist me in resolving this issue as I am unable to access Ultimate Team.
