i cannot connect to ea servers in ea sports fc26 on xbox

This issue has been happening for over a week. Other players on Xbox can play without any issues. I have open NAT. I tried different internet connections, including mobile hotspot. Nothing works....

Yup...I also had the same problem for over a week. EA, please fix this
