I can't enter UT, it keeps giving me an error

who knows how to solve the problem i can't get into ultimate team i've been struggling for 5 hours i have to play WL. It all started from Gauntled 14 i was in the last match to finish the round perfectly and when i finish the match it kept taking me out of UT as if it was made for me not to do the missions to get the rewards and what i said to give a match and exit the game completely to get stuck maybe that's how it recovers but when i got into UT it didn't work now i get in i don't know what else to do i tried everything i saw and it still doesn't work. I play on PC
