I can't enter web app or companion app

I cant enter web app or companion app. I have ea play and I can play ea fc 26. Last week I can do sbcs collect my rewards ect. But I can't do it this week. It says "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. You need to login to Football Ultimate Team 26 on your Console or PC to continue using this account. Your Ultimate Team Club data has been saved and will be available the next time you login." I can log into the game but the same error still occurs.

Hey Baz3X Please note that the 10-hour Trial included with an EA Play membership does not unlock access to the Web App or Companion App.
To use those features, you need to have the full version of the game on your account, as explained in the message you attached.
