Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious input delay and responsiveness issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.

My ping appears to be normal/low, and I do not have any obvious connection problems. However, during online Ultimate Team matches, my players often react several moments after I press a button.

For example:

• Passes are delayed after pressing the button.
• Players respond late to directional inputs.
• Player switching feels delayed.
• Players sometimes feel completely unresponsive or extremely heavy.
• The gameplay feels significantly slower than it should.
• The issue is particularly noticeable in Ultimate Team online matches.

This does not feel like a normal high-ping issue because my displayed ping remains low.

I would like EA to investigate whether this is related to server-side gameplay, connection quality, matchmaking, or an input responsiveness issue affecting Ultimate Team.

This problem is seriously affecting the competitive gameplay experience.

Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a known problem or an upcoming fix.
