I did not receive my ICON package after purchasing the ULTIMATE EDITION

On steam it's different if im not mistaken you can get it until 29 September, they changed it. 

EDIT: I talked with the support team, if you bought the edition before 26 August you can get the icon, otherwise, you can't get the icon. On image above is 93+ icon for EA FC 25 not 26.. So you get only premium pass and 2k points (6000 over 2 months)

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition for Xbox Series X on 8/26/25 at 11:43pm. I have proof that I purchased before the deadline. The issue is that I did not receive my Icon Pack and I have gone back and forth with Xbox and EA Support. There has been no solution. EA Stated that the purchase was made on 9/10/25. But that was when they charged me for the game. It does state that it could take up to 10 days before the release date of the game that they would charge you for it.  But attached you will see that I purchased the game on 8/26/25. 

I think you have to wait im on pc and it didnt come at exactly  19 september for me i got it at 21 september so no idea bro sorry

Ahhh makes sense but what about the season 1 premium pass

now all of my friend got icon pack but still missing for me.
i make a ticket for you and you said it will be solve in next days. when i can get my icon??

I have opened my fc26 ultimate edition bht didn't received any icon packs ?

Still haven’t received my icon pack with my pre order ultimate edition. Has anyone else having the same issue? Was the whole reason why I got the ultimate edition.
