I did not receive my ICON package after purchasing the ULTIMATE EDITION
It said in the package that it would include a 93+ ICON Player Item that I did not received after buying it and start playing.

Still haven’t received my icon pack with my pre order ultimate edition. Has anyone else having the same issue? Was the whole reason why I got the ultimate edition.
