I did not receive my ICON package after purchasing the ULTIMATE EDITION
It said in the package that it would include a 93+ ICON Player Item that I did not received after buying it and start playing.

where is my FC points and ultimate packet benefits? I bought ultimate package and I have no any FC point and any other ultimate package benefits. I have screenshot but I cant do anything please help me.
Ea scammed all the people who bought it after 26th they didnt mention it in the ad but we are not gonna get the icon player cause we ordered it after 26th ..even though they used the same ad to lure is to buy it after 26th
