I didn't receive my season pass reward and 10000 sp

I’m contacting you regarding an issue with my account where I did not receive my Season Pass rewards, including the 10,000 SP that I was guaranteed. I have already met the required conditions for these rewards, but they have not been credited to my account. This is quite frustrating, as these items were part of what I earned or was promised. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly and ensure that the missing rewards, including the 10,000 SP, are properly added to my account as soon as possible.
