I have problem

Hello EA Support,

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5.

I had a tradeable Saka 98 in my club. Then I got another Saka 98 from a pack, but the new one was untradeable.

I selected “Send to Transfer List” for my tradeable Saka 98, but I did not list him on the Transfer Market. After that, the player disappeared completely.

I checked my Transfer List, Club, Unassigned Items, and SBC Storage, but I cannot find him anywhere.

I did not quick-sell or discard him.

Please check my account and help me recover my missing Saka 98.
