Icon swaps tournament

Can anyone help me please? 
I’ve had 3 wins in a row now with the Spanish team in the icon swaps tournament and when I finish the game it says:

EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.

it sends me off ultimate team with no match win and no coins.

i still have the Spanish and Ligue1 swaps teams still to do
