Icons vanishing after loading mycareer

everytime I put an Icon/Hero in my team for manager career and then save it to play later, as you may know that a season is long and I like to play at a pace of my convenience BUT all Icons/Heros immediately VANISH by reopening the save.

That's a big deal for me guys as the biggest reason for me for preordering/buying this game this year was the inclusion of Icons which are now vanishing! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS EA!!
