ISSUE BIG ONE

Dear EA Sports,

I want to talk about something that has been bothering me for a long time.

I spend a lot of time in the game. I really play actively, give hours and even full days to it. But no matter what I do, my account never gets anything good from packs. No good cards, no promos, nothing valuable.

The strange thing is, I see other accounts getting much better pulls and promos much more easily. It honestly feels like my account is somehow different or disadvantaged.

I’m not someone who just plays occasionally. I put real time and effort into this game, so it’s very frustrating to not get any rewarding results back.

I just want to understand if there is something wrong with my account or if this is normal, because at this point it doesn’t feel fair at all.

I’d appreciate it if you could check my account and give me some explanation.
