Issue with Silver Tournament Due to Cheaters

Dear EA Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered during the Silver Tournament in FIFA. I was on track to achieve the required 15 wins to earn the rewards, but unfortunately, I encountered several cheaters in approximately six matches, which significantly affected my progress. As a result, I ended up with 14 wins and couldn’t complete the tournament because my entries were exhausted.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this situation and considering any possible compensation or resolution, as I was unfairly disadvantaged.
