Likely a critical error

The green "tasks" light keeps staying on. I’ve cleared the console's cache, changed and deleted the settings profile, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. There’s nothing to claim in the Web Companion—it’s driving me crazy—how do I fix this? I have nothing to claim across any of the tabs, and it’s been like this for four weeks now.
