Hi FC Help Team. I have been facing login issues on my device for a month. The error code iand my device type is Honor/Android/ea account. I tried to resolve the login problem by deleting the choice but unfortunately the same error code still occurs. Thank you for your consideration and support

Thanks for the details and the screenshot. There are definitely a couple things worth checking based on other times we've seen this come up for some other players.
I'd start by making sure your device's date, time, and region are set correctly. If you've changed your region recently, set it back to match your current location and try logging in again. If that doesn't help, reinstall FC Mobile. Keep in mind you'd only want to reinstall if your progress is linked so you don't lose your data.
Could you also let us know whether this error appears as soon as you open the game, or only after selecting your account to sign in? Are you able to sign in with the same account on another Android device?
