Logging still unavailable on companion and web app although I've had message saying I have been granted access. Full release and still I cannot get on and I cannot complete certain objectives due to needing to be done on companion. I'm on Luna I switched from Xbox set up new account after 1st August so understand when I played early release it may not work as may need to wait for full release but still doesn't work.

ea support was unable to help.

Got access right after i purchased the game. Had the same issues before that.
Hi no still the same , have been on chat several times and just keep getting told they don't know what it is or I need to play more to gain access, even tho I had a message on game saying I had been granted companion access. Just feel like fobbing me off so given up
Just seen a different thread saying the same seems to be mainly Luna players.
But instead of not responding, can the development team resolve the situation? A €70 game and they don't know how to develop a phone app.
