Missed an update, now I’m missing Ultimate

Dear community,

Hope you can help me out. This message shows up “A Title Update for EA SPORTS FCM 26 is available and required to enter Ultimate Team™. To get the latest Title Update, you can restart the game and accept the UT download when prompted.”. 

But  no request to update appears.. I’ve been like this for two days.

How can I do the update and finally get back playing UT? This in the PS5.
