Missing card

I spent 22 pound on a pack and when I opened the player pick i saw messi. And I was so happy I was screaming but when I went to select him I had to open all so I done that and then It made me select a different one and I didn't realise so I clicked confirm and continue then I wasn't messi so I clipped it and I saw that it made me select someone else.
