missing cards

I recently packed a gold mbappe card from a 83x10 despite him being in the toty, also i did the 87 plus encore icon pick and haven’t received compensation.

    I have the same problem I unpacked Endler today from a Starting 11 gold pack (82-88) and I got the gold version.
