Missing evolutions and objectives

I purchased yesterday the Golden standard evolution via tokens and today is no longer available in my evolutions. Tokens have been taken out of my account. Besides today I completed some Asia+Oceania objectives and the rewards disappeared from my store to claim. What's the solution for this? I have restarted several times the game through the day and no solution. Thanks for your support.
