Missing FC 26 Pre-Order Bonus and FC 25 Objective Rewards

Hello,

I pre-ordered EA Sports FC 26, but the promised pre-order bonus packs and items have not been added to my account. In addition, the rewards from the FC 25 objectives I completed — which were supposed to transfer to FC 26 — are also missing.

I’m playing on the correct EA account and have checked both in-game and through the EA App/Companion App, but the rewards still haven’t appeared.

Please review my account and make sure that my pre-order bonuses and FC 25 objective rewards are properly credited.
