Missing pre order rewards

Order the game before the cut off time for the icon payed this mo th for it as they didnt take the money got the icon in fc 25 but nothing now have logged into the game can someone from ea please respond to this as j payed the 90 for it and expect all my rewards as got no fifa points no premium season 1 pass like stated and no icon so can yoh please explain this to me if I dont get the rewards I am owed j won't be playing the next one and yiu will have lost a loyal customer ea please sort it out

I wanted to share some more information about the pre-order bonus content for FC 26. Here’s how it works and what you can do to access it.

If you're on Steam

• Check your Steam library — content should show up next to the Play button. Make sure to claim the Ultimate Edition content by clicking on it. 
• If it’s not there, try:
  • Restarting the game and your PC
  • Checking for Steam/game updates
  • Making sure you’re logged into the account you used to pre-order

On Console 

• Use the main account where the game was purchased.
• Pre-order bonuses won’t appear on a secondary account through game-sharing.

If content is missing on the EA app version

• Restart the game/system
• Check for updates
• Confirm you’re on the right account
• Log out and re-login on the app 
• Double-check which edition you bought
• Make sure the game is fully downloaded
