Missing premium rewards

Hi,

​I just purchased the Premium Pass. At the time of purchase, I was around level 9, and the pass instantly boosted my account to level 13. However, I have not received any of the Premium rewards from level 10 and above.

​I have already verified that this is not just a visual bug. I specifically need the Evolution item to upgrade Neymar, but it is missing, and the players I was supposed to receive are completely missing from my club as well.

​I have tried restarting the game and logging out and back in, but unfortunately, nothing has resolved the issue.

​Please look into this and help me get the missing rewards added to my account.
