missing rewards for Asia/Oceania objectives

Hello,

I have completed several objectives in the Journey of Nations – Asia/Oceania section, , but I did not receive some of the rewards.

The objectives are marked as completed, but the corresponding rewards were never added to my club. I have already restarted the game and checked both the Companion App and Web App, but the rewards are still missing.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Has EA acknowledged this bug or provided a timeline for compensation?
