Missing rewards

Dear EA Support,

I have not received my Division Rivals rewards for the second week in a row, even though I earned them.

I played Division 3 and earned 30 points. Rewards are normally given on Thursday. I checked on Thursday, December 25, and again today, but still received nothing.

I invest a lot of time and FIFA Points into the game and meet all requirements. Not receiving rewards two weeks in a row is very frustrating and unacceptable.

Please investigate and grant the missing rewards promptly.
