Multi-Choice Season Pass Bug

I bought the premium season pass, and I got the WTSS MID evos 1 and 2 with no struggle, then when I got the level with WTSS evo 3, it didn’t vie me the choice to pick the  position, it just instantly gave me the attacker one, and I cannot put that on my Patrick Veira evo. I tried contacting support but they could not help me because “that is not what they do” I don’t know how to get what u payed for and this game is awful and this is not what a multi million dollar company should be doing. Please upvote so the ea executives can see this
