My connection is so bad, but my ping is good.

I try to play rivals or any online gamemode but when i get into the game the game feels so heavy is unplayable the delay is like 2/3 sec after i do any mechanics. I tryed everything but nothing works to me. I repair the game i clear the cache reset my router nothing works. Some help?
