My FIFA Club UT Didn’t Carry Over to FC 26

Hello, I’m having an issue with my EA Sports FC 26 account. My club, TSUBASA CF, was originally created in 2018 and I’ve been using it since FIFA 18. However, when I started playing FC 26, I wasn’t given the option to continue with my existing club. The game automatically created a new one showing a creation date of 2025. I would really like to recover my original club TSUBASA CF, or at least have the correct creation date (2018) restored, as I’ve been playing with the same account for years and would like to keep my club’s history
