Need EA to Confirm Which Account My FC 26 Code Was Redeemed
Hi, I need EA Support to confirm which EA account my EA SPORTS FC 26 code was redeemed on.
When I try to redeem the code in the EA App, I get the message:
“This code has already been redeemed.”
I have checked:
- My EA App library
- My EA account purchase history
- My Microsoft/Xbox account services
The full game is not on my account, and only the “FC 26 Showcase” trial appears. I am not asking for a replacement code or a refund — I only need one piece of information:
