Need Urgent Help Refunding FC26
I pre-ordered FC26 Ultimate Loyalty Edition on PC.
I first launched the game on Friday around 5 pm and it was unplayable: slow motion gameplay with seconds-long delays and frame drops.
So I spent the rest of Friday and Saturday troubleshooting every graphics and connection setting. I have exhausted every possible troubleshooting resource, yet I'm still at the same place: the game is unplayable on PC. My controller stops registering inputs, or registers them 15 seconds late, even though the EA Connection indicator says I have a good connection
I've played and run FC 25 on this same PC perfectly fine for the last months, apart from the occasional bug. With FC 26, it's not even possible to play a full game of UT. Even the offline modes are delayed, no matter how much I tweak graphics settings. My specs are adequate to run this game, so ultimately it is on EA to refund me the price of an unfinished and poor product, as their policy states, inability to play the game within 72 hours of the first launch because of problems on EA's end.
Please watch the video. My inputs are not registering. Even the camera does not track the action like it should. It's ridiculous and I want my money back.
