Never Received 12000 EAFC points

I purchased 12000 FC Points on the playstation network on Jan 16. After purchase,  my points balance did not increase and i got an error message about EA restoring the points for a prior purchase to my account. The problem is my points balance never updated to reflect the 12000 points i purchased. I have since purchased other differing amounts and the points load correctly but i still have not received the 12000 points that i purchased on 1/16. I have reached out to EA chat 4 or so times and have gotten the runaround each time, this last time saying its a widespread issue that is being investigated but i did not get any kind of timeline or Support ticket or anything. Im looking for some kind of help here, as i have not received what i paid for and it has been 2+ weeks.
