I have a EA play pro subscription, but I can’t download any EA play pro game. I keep getting an error telling me I don’t have access to the games and I don’t own them.

I have ea play pro and cannot download ea fc 26 say "you don't have access." "weve cancelled the download as you do not own this game" when trying to add to library it says "this game is unavailable" "youre not eligible to play this game"&nbsp;
